How do I coach?

Face to face sessions – the traditional way, meeting face to face in a private setting, usually for 1 – 2 hours

Telephone sessions – a very efficient and effective method for both client and coach – the client phones the coach on a pre-arranged number. Telephone sessions are usually shorter than face to face – 30-45 minutes; but because they are very concentrated a lot of ground can be covered in that time.

e-mail – otherwise known as ‘cyber-coaching’ – I offer e-mail contact on an as needed basis and as an addition to the face to face or telephone sessions. E-mail can provide a reflective space between sessions, an opportunity to ‘let off steam’ safely, a way to share a celebration of achievement immediately with your coach, and basic communication about action promised and competed.

Many clients find a package combining face to face and telephone coaching suits them very well.
